"Hi, my name is Mary! I'm in my late 30's married with two teenage daughters and I'm the most un-athletic person I know. I never participated in any sports even as a kid. As an adult, I thought "exercise" was a bad word! About four years ago, my husband convinced me to try skiing. He had to drag me kicking and screaming on to the slopes every year. Last year, I noticed that I was gaining weight and keeping it on! I realized I needed to include "regular activity" in my life.
