I have been attending the Boot camp for women under the awesome instructions of Kristin Goodenough.  I don't say that lightly because I have seen and worked with a lot of personal trainers over the years and Kristin was the first one that I encountered that was sincerely interested in me personally doing well and meeting my goal.  I lost 40 lbs very easily...I believe the secret for me was the consistency of working out 5 days a week with NO EXCEPTIONS.  Kristin was great at making you realize if you didn't show up other people were going to be affected.  Losing weight is a group effort at Boot camp for women.   I think that is why I was so successful.  Everyone around me was inspiring and encouraging.  It truly changed my life.  I am 45 years old and had NEVER gone on a diet or exercised because I had gotten lazy and complacent with my life, but after a doctor told me I was on target to develop diabetes, I decided I needed to lose weight.  Gyms are the worst place for me because I feel intimidated by all the beautiful people.  At boot camp, it doesn't matter if you wear make-up and look good...we are only there for one reason...to get healthier.  So, when a woman is ready to get serious about getting stronger and healthier Adventure boot camp is the place to come for that inspiration and encouragement."
